Return Terms
Our return policy is 10 days. If we don't receive the goods within 10 days of receiving them, we won't be able to offer you a return.
Conditions for accepting returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• be unused,
• be in the same condition in which it was received,
• be complete with original packaging,
• show no damage or signs of wear.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and the return has been verified as eligible, the customer will be informed of the outcome of the inspection via email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, within the technical times established by the banking system.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't seen your refund, check your statement again or contact your credit card issuer or bank.
